Increase Exercise

We all know that a daily routine for prolonged health and wellness includes eating a nutritious diet, minimizing stress and participating in healthy exercise. However, sometimes we find it difficult to adhere to these basic life-giving principles.

What we need is motivation.

You may think that motivation is something that you are born with and perhaps you feel that you simply didn't get a large dose when you were created. Well, that thinking is incorrect. It IS possible to increase motivation.

It is possible to WANT to exercise.

The first thing to do is come up with a type of exercise that your conscious mind has no objection to. Can you think of something that you would enjoy? Is there something from your past or maybe something new that might catch your interest?

Self-hypnosis is simply gaining access to your sub-conscious mind where your habits are stored. Consequently, the habit of motivation can be changed from low to high by giving yourself suggestions for increased motivation to exercise.

Finally, list the benefits of reaching the goal of increased exercise. What would be the greatest thing about getting more exercise? Looking great, feeling great, less stress... make a nice long list and keep them in mind INSTEAD OF any limiting thoughts.

You are in control of many things within your body, things that in the past you may have considered outside of your ability to change.
