Increase Exercise
We all know that a daily routine for prolonged health and wellness includes eating a nutritious diet, minimizing stress and participating in healthy exercise. However, sometimes we find it difficult to adhere to these basic life-giving principles. What we need is motivation. You may think that motivation is something that you are born with and perhaps you feel that you simply didn't get a large dose when you were created. Well, that thinking is incorrect. It IS possible to increase motivation. It is possible to WANT to exercise. The first thing to do is come up with a type of exercise that your conscious mind has no objection to. Can you think of something that you would enjoy? Is there something from your past or maybe something new that might catch your interest? Once you have decided on something that you would like to pursue, then learning self-hypnosis will increase the motivation to do that exercise.
